Detailed Description

Confirmation of Award request form must be completed and submitted after the £35.00 fee has been paid.

1. This can be completed by the applicant or by a third party on behalf of the applicant.

2. Third party application - the University must receive a signed declaration from the applicant.

3. Allow 15 working days to process your request once the request and the payment have been received.

4. This may be extended in the lead up to University graduations
